Born in the mid-90s in Northern California amidst buzzing eucalyptus trees and golden grass, I grew up constantly interested in the eccentric details of each individuals’ visual and emotional experience. I am intrigued by our varying mental head-spaces. Throughout my artistic career my practice has served as a therapeutic outlet for my own worrisome mind and past traumas. While exploring with any mark making tool, my emotions become more clear as they reach the surface. I seek to visually uncover emotions involved in different contexts to find greater understanding.

After transplanting to Bellingham, Washington in 2014, I began to pursue my passion for art in the context of higher education. I have experience in drawing, printmaking and mixed media. My current practice utilizes oil painting, digital art and sculpture. In spring of 2020 I completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Washington University. Creases is my culminating BFA series.
